1. Placing Orders

1.1. All prices quoted on TJphotography are in Pounds (£) Sterling and include postage and packaging.

1.2. TJphotography uses the highly secure environment provided by Paypal to handle all transactions. You can pay for your order using a debit of credit card or with funds from your Paypal account. You do not need a Paypal account to make purchases from TJphotography.

1.3. TJphotography holds a fully verified PayPal GB Business Account, click here to find out more about what this means or click on the 'PayPal Verified' seal at the top left of this page.

1.4. Orders accepted worldwide and sent by Royal Mail First Class within Europe and by FedEx Internationally.

2. Order Processing & Delivery

2.1. When TJphotography receives your order you will be sent a confirmation e-mail.

2.2. Once your order has been sent to print you will receive another e-mail to acknowledge acceptance of your order, upon which you can expect to receive your order within 5 working days or sooner unless otherwise stated. Canvas prints take between 14 and 21 days to be delivered because they are stretched and mounted by hand to ensure the highest quality end product.

2.3. Royalty free image files are delivered to the purchaser's e-mail address as soon as the order is processed (typically within 15 minutes of receiving an order confirmation). 

3. Refunds & Right To Cancel

3.1. We ensure that all orders are appropriately packaged in either firm cardboard envelopes or tubes, however, should an order arrive damaged then please contact support@TJphotography.co.uk.

3.2. If you place an order you have the right to cancel the order by e-mailing cancel@TJphotography.co.uk or phoning 07731 458197. Please note that you cannot cancel an order once it has been accepted and sent for printing. Likewise orders for digital image files cannot be cancelled or refunded once they have been sent.

3.3. Image files come with a 12 month guarantee that if you lose or accidentally delete the file(s) then you can e-mail your order reference number to support@TJphotography.co.uk and the image will be resent to the original e-mail address.

4. Copyright, Royalty Free and Exclusive Image Rights

4.1. The Copyright of all the images on TJphotography belongs to the photographer and prints purchased are for personal use. Prints may be put on display on commercial premises. Reproduction of the prints supplied is strictly forbidden.

4.2. Image files purchased from TJphotography are royalty free, meaning they can be reproduced an infinite number of times in any medium or format without any further fees being incurred; image files must not be resold and cannot be transferred to third parties.

4.3. Image files, those of various models in particular, may be subject to usage restrictions. Image usage rights will be made clear on request or at the time of ordering.

4.4. Image files purchased with exclusive image rights will be withdrawn from the TJphotography website. Both colour and B&W versions will be removed and no more sales of that image will be made either online or offline.

4.5. In cases where the image has previously been sold with a non-exclusive royalty free licence, the buyer will be informed and told the number of previous sales and will be given the right to cancel or continue with the order.
